Ray your Birds will be fine for the show!! EVERYONE is molting!!! gald that you are getting some of Jakes boxes i have one and love it!!! Went yesterday to visit fabians family and his Uncle is a pro cabinate maker as well and work has slowed down so I spoke with him gave him a size that wont bend break tails, has good ventilation, easy for one person to carry, light weight. He has taken the idea and is going to run with it. He showed me several kinds of wood dont know what they are called but I am thinking the boxes will be less than 10 lbs each for sure!! I had spoken with my friend Jack Dodd not long ago he breeds OEGB and he said Ya know Cara there is no one around here that he can think of that selld GQ affordable show boxes, of course he is not aware of Jake and his nice boxes from his friend!! These that fabians uncle are buliding will be a completely different style of box. Complete custom made to order for those who are interested, made from lightweight GQ materials that are non toxic to animals and free or ever having animals in them, they will be sold Brand NEW!! Several different styles will be available at the show and on display!!

Jerod, looks like I should have fought you for that one, she is pretty!

Yeah I love her lacing. How did the little mille fleur turn out? She was beautiful.

Sunnydale, she's beautiful!!! I don't know what color to call her, but really pretty!

ChickensXOXO, you boy looks similar to my boys that I hatched this summer too. I love the B/W. He's a handsome fellow!

Ray, I'm changing my mind daily on who to bring to the show. I've got tail one day, no tail the next....

The only ones keeping their feathers are my really young'uns, who don't stand a chance in "cockerel" class, as they are just too young... They will be 4 months plus 3 days at the show.

I don't know if they will even make weight by then. My heaviest is just at 10 oz, the other is less than that. They will need to be 11.2 to qualify.

I might just have to show an Australorp! LOL. Bok bok... I bet I could train her to pose!!! Just don't put her on a scale!!
