most the time you can tell by the time they are two or three weeks oldI knew she was a pullet when she first hatched. Don't ask me how but my gut feeling was girl. I had 5 others hatch a week before she did and by week 3 I knew for sure.

got any pics of the little critter ? maybe i can help you outThat's what I have experienced, too. BUT I do have 1, 5 week old that still has me stumped. Not really developing the waddles or comb yet, but all the attitude of the other boys. Still not sure!!
pullet on left was RES champ of show in Reno Nevada 2012 one on right is her little sis have not showed her as of yet she will be going to Stockton Ca at the end of this month to see what she can do .That's great! Must have taken a lot of work, and they're of good type as well! Nice!

I asked this before but didn't get an answer. What is the life span of Serama's? I heard it was just a few years.
