Got a problem. Hoping someone can help. I have Seramas in my home. My little roo is 10 weeks old. This pass week I noticed he had a faint white/grey spot on his comb. Then I noticed his comb was beginning To curl over. I have looked him over for mites. He is white and I can find noting. What is causing this. I can tak pictures if needed.

Could two of these chicks be a serama just wondering cause i have look everywhere and the two up there both have feather feet so if u know what breed they are please tell me thanks..
They are crosses with mostly OEGB. The colors are OEGB colors. Trying to remember where the booting comes from in these crosses and Houdan comes to mind. The third TALL one has some sort of either jungle fowl, or possible aseel/thai/shamo/modern to have such a tall upright stance. How old are these cuties? :) p.s. where do you live? They remind me of kikirikis.

Wild Works, those are very pretty babies. I love the full-grown hen's color transition on her head! Can anyone help me find out how old these seramas are? None of the girls are laying yet, and none of the boys have saddle feathers. This is Liam. He is the second-biggest male. This is Iris. She is the second-largest girl. This is Sligo (Sly-go). He's already trying to crow (its THE funniest noise I have ever heard come out of a chicken :lau )He is definitely the oldest male There is also a female about the same age as him it looks like, but I couldn't get a good pic of her This is Kermit. He is definitely the youngest male. This is Margallo. She is definitely the youngest female. I know its a long shot to find their ages accurately but I don't think Sligo is anymore than 10 weeks (2 1/2 months). Thanks ;)
A little too hard to see enough in the pics, but this is a good rule of thumb: By 3 -5 weeks you will be able to tell boys from girls, via the comb&wattle growth. By 2 months they lose all their down feathers. That one little boy, Sligo is over 2 months pushing 3 because his tail feathers are coming in and he has the biggest comb on a young seramas I have ever seen ;). Yes their first attempts at crowing is HYSTERICAL :lau I hope this helps you determine their ages....:fl :thumbsup BTW, they are cuties!
