American serama thread!

Looking for some good, quality seramas. I noticed many of you had some really good looking birds so maybe somebody could point me in the right direction. Eggs, chicks, or mature birds, doesn't really matter. I have raised bantams for years in the past and have been interested in seramas for quite some time, so after doing some home work, I'd like to get a start of them. I am located in South Eastern, KY. Hi All. Im new to this breed. I just got four little ones from the feed store here in New Mexico, I was wondering how they do in side the house. They are to little to be outside. Except for nice days. What kind/size cage do they need? Two roosters and two hens.

Hello everyone. This may be a bit of a lengthy post but I need some advice. I have 6 Seramas (3 boys and 3 girls) that are about 4 1/2 months old. They all look normal except for the 3rd "rooster". I still can't tell if it's a boy or not. He's super tiny and only weighs 9 ounces! His brothers or half brothers weigh about 14-15 ounces. The black pullet weighs 13 ounces, the mottled pullet weighs 9 1/2 ounces and the partridge pullet weighs 8 1/2 ounces. Is he hen feathered or just a late bloomer or is 'he' a she? I'm guessing it's a rooster but still not 100% sure. All the parents are a sized if that helps. Also does anyone know why he is so tiny? All of the rooster I have hatched out are B sized except for him (had one 14 ounce, so close!) and all of the hens have been A sized (except I think the black pullet will grow up to be a small B). Any help is appreciated!

He has the rooster red streak down his legs, pointy saddle & hackle feathers and a manly face. Sometimes it happens that they are this tiny...hopefully he will have a tiny crow to go with his size.

I would not have guessed! I guess it does make sense, he's a lot sweeter than the other two! Yes, they are all pets and very loving. I have some of their older siblings outside and they always run up and greet you in the yard. Ok, so I was doing some research on micros and it said they normally don't live long. Is that true? Also does anyone know the weight chart of the different Serama classes? I did some research and I keep getting different awnsers.
