Congratulations! My advise is to allow the eggs to rest a day or so before placing them in the incubator after shipping. Also, I learned the hard way that some automatic turners are too rough on delicate little serama eggs and I prefer hand turning. Lastly, be prepared to have your heart stolen by the tiny wonderful little fuzzies that hatch out!

The seramas im getting are a bit flighty how can i tame them down?
Artsyrobin gave some very good advice. It also helps to treat the bird very respectfully and make sure that the birds have a positive experience with handling. I always talk calmly to my birds, handle them gently, and I always set them down gently and allow them to get their footing before I slip my hands out from under them. I don't chase them and I allow them to come to me so I don't scare them. It may take a while longer, but it's a part of earning their trust. When the new birds see other birds coming up to me, they get curious and eventually begin to hang out to see what I'm going to do. If I don't scare them and they have a positive experience they will come back for more. If the birds are scared to death and are withdrawn, I will go to them and pick them up but I try not to scare them and I allow them to get their feet and walk away from me when I'm ready to set them down. They tend to feel more at ease when they realize I am not chasing after them and they often express curiosity and surprise. Carrying the birds around for a while away from the coop and familiar territory causes displacement from the flock and if the scared birds realize that they are familiar with you and they have a positive experience during the outing, it's usually easy to gain their trust.

I have a question for everyone....I had my entire flock together in one big coop thru the winter...6 hens and 3 roosters....all the hens started laying about the same time and I was getting LOTS of eggs...I filled an incubator up and after 14 days checked them and none of the eggs were developing...I tossed them and started over....same results...then I decided that there were to many roos in the hen house and removed the two younger roos...I also decided to let the hens set on the eggs...they hatched out 16 of 25...my question...can there be to many roos in the hen house?
