American serama thread!

So what color are these two as I have had blues and they don’t look like my blues I had in the past.

This girl I got from you is looking more blue than black. I will have to get a good picture in the sunlight as it’s hard to capture in photos but her light spots look similar color to the 2 above like a light blue and she is getting lighter “lacing” on the dark feathers.

Oh I can see the lighter color with the lacing. Beautiful.

The female looks like a blue. The male could either be a blue or a lav, but I think he looks more like a blue as well. I'm not sure if there is such a thing as lavender serama.

My blue orps have a slight lacing around the edge of the feathers. Blues also have a slightly darker head. I also have lavender orps. Those are lighter grey and more uniform in color. No lacing. The breeding genetics are very different when dealing with blue/black/splash or breeding lavenders.

Seramas do not come in lavender. I have a lavender OEGB and she is very light but these two are brother and sister and the female has the black spot in the tail like her brother, that’s why I am thinking not blue. I have heard there are mauve seramas so maybe they are that? I have no clue, lol. They were a gift from a friend and I just love em!

I’m wondering if splash with the flecks of dark?
