Mine are a full 21 days. I set on a Monday, they hatch on a Monday ('cause I guess you don't count the day you set them?)

I just found this thread. My computer died and when I finally got back online I was very disappointed to find the other thread closed. It's a shame that a few of people caused it to be closed, they should have just banned them and kept the thread open!!

I've just had 30 Serama chicks hatch!! I'll try and post pics of them soon.

Before the RA attacked me I gardened organic. I still use molasses for the yard and it does keep the ants off. Just plain sugar will run them also. I FINALLY washed my little bird today, so da da da... presenting Angelica! My (almost) 4 mo old pullet from Cara)
She's impossible to photograph. She kept running back to me! The little pink spot on her back is unfortunately not genetic, I know, I know, you all were getting excited at the possibility of pink polka-dotted Seramas, but its just a dot of fingernail polish or ink or something that I couldn't get off.
That's what happens when you live with a bunch of girls.

I saw this thread a few nights ago, just didn't post anything.
I hatched 3 chicks from my Seramas, they're all feathering out beautifuly! I have two eggs due to hatch tomorrow, I am hoping they both hatch. Last time I had 2-3 pip and then never hatch. I ended up helping them out, one was alive but died a few days later b/c I left they outside and the poor thing got too hot.
The other two died in their shells. I have been incubating were I add water for 18 days then add even more water on the last few days...I switched over to the dry incubation method about half way threw incubation so we shall see how it goes on this hatch.
One of my Light Sussex girls went broody so I gave her 4 Sussex eggs and 5 Serama eggs, surely she can do a better job at incubating than I can.
