Thank you I have one girl who is 3.2 ounces she us 8 weeks old she is so tiny

i'm not giving mealworms... i have them on junior mix... it's 18% protein, but i'm cutting it down for them with scratch... just gotta buy the scratch... LOL...


and it is possible if you're talking about the fawn/dun or choc gene... i have seen some serama around that are dun tailed buff... wait... what dark brown are you talking about..? partridge...? i have also seen some fawn patridge hens... i think i have one from dennis... WooT!...

You can't really tell what size your bird going to be when she is at 8 weeks old, she might catch up with others in size when she is a little older. What size are her parents? Serama are not fully grown until they are around 13-25 months old.

gumbii i wouldnt change the protein count at all.....these little birds need it for egg production. if they dont have it no eggs. even a slight change is not good cuz it can offset a hens weight. that there advice came from grady to me and now to all of you LOL.....18% is just right LOL
