American serama thread!

Bingo - she lied the entire time on the stand. We even submitted a copy of her dating profile where she stated she had 3 children but they live away from home. the B-face has 4 children and we were awarded custody of 2 at that time. The 730 evaluation awarded us custody because she is bat shizzle crazy, but the judge gave her until January to straighten up or we get the twins...in the meantime she uses that time to brainwash them.

We take pictures of every bruise and have them in therapy when they visit. She is supposed to have our boys in therapy for their 'visits' to her and has yet to do it.

That's why we have the serama - to show how unconditional love can take something and make it great. And the therapist says our boys look absolutely happy...at least until the have to'visit'

& Coffee sounds great!!!

Thanks SunnyCalifornia!" Yes there are some great auctions here on BYC. I've never been able participate in any of them. My coops get filled up to quickly from local sources, lord knows if I'll ever have room for something shipped in!"

I must have birds shipped in because the Locals do not have the breeds I want. I hate the shipping costs but put aside egg and chick selling money to pay for it. You might think this area is another Country sometimes and I am the "Importer" Ha Ha. My mother-in-law is in California and I would ask her to bring me Seramas when she comes over to visit bit she will not touch a chicken unless it is cooked in a Fancy restaurant. lol

I think this is the most loaded question of the 21st century...

There are SO many difference colors that you have to apply the Forrest Gump method: "Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are going to get".

Also Murphys Law would apply in this case ......

The only color recognized by SCNA is white, right now. There are tons of BYCer's that are trying to devolep consistant colors [of their choice] in thier breeding stock, but it is still somewhat trial and error...YET......

Well if your birds dont look good and are molting we can put a feather in your hat and under your belt and you can get up on the table and strut your stuff!!! Just saying!!
