yes... more of the same, but with different patterns... since they are serama... LOL...

and answer your emails... jeez...

CARA I WANT CHOCOLATE BABIES>>>>>>where the hell do we find a typey enough roo....WAIT i have a black hen.....OMG OMG OMG i think i may have a heart attack.... what do we do now cara

but remember doodz... that these are going to be fawn/dun based chocolates... but if you keep breeding them to a black, they will be dark...

fawn x black = 50/50 dark chocolate and black...
khaki x black = 100% dark chocolate..
khaki x khaki = 100% khaki, but everytime you breed them, they will get lighter and lighter...
fawn x fawn = 25% black, 50% fawn/dun, 25% khaki... but everytime you breed fawn x fawn they get lighter and lighter...

edit: not all fawn/dun are light colored... here is a fawn/dun oegb... he's EE solid...

sermas are one feuw breed that have true choc and dun choc

yes... but choc- doesn't make a sport like fawn does... unless you throw in another dilute, but then you'll get muave, white or some other color... not khaki like what those two birds obviously are...

true

Odd question...

How many of you actually enjoy bathing your birds??

I was kind of in a bad mood, decided to wash two of my cockerels, filed their nails, pulled out the flea comb to pull out the old feather shafts, made them all pretty, and I am feeling much better now... LOL. My little 3 1/2 month old cockerel is sitting here with me. He's all shiny, legs all gleaming... He even smells good...

I'm just weird, aren't I?
