Yes Yeagin..I guess I am starting to come back here to post as well as FB.....more the merrier. And as I told Bobby I am getting used to the slowness of BYC...I just find other things to do with the 4-5 seconds it takes for a page to change.....[sucks].

Aslo its springtime for SO many people and you know what that means....OUTSIDE all day long! Us here in CA have outside 365 a year...

Yeah, I hadn't taken pics since some were chicks so thought I'd better take a few. It was much easer when I didn't have so many. He gets more white with each molt. He's the father of the silkied boy Lil Guy.

He was much more interested in looking for something to get into and refused to pose.

LMAO...Froggie you should try having very slow dial-up...it takes 5 to 10 mins ...and forever to put pics on.

I wasn't going to hatch any more this year...trying to cut back. Even loaned my bator out so I wouldn't be tempted. Then I had a pullet go broody...then her sister!! They were both sitting on infertile eggs so I gave in and stuck three that I hope are fertile under them.

Love both of the hens coloring!!

Do you have any idea what the color pattern is called? Those are the only two I've had with that pattern.
They were darker but keep getting more white, so I think they'll end up being the color of their mother. I wish they would have stayed that dark color with the pattern.

No clue what color they are. All I know is that I need to buy some hatching eggs from that pair.

Im back heehee. Was on for awhile but got lonely. thought everyone left. Gave the orange chick and alot away. Started over. Have two orangish hens now, two barred hens, a barred pullet, a black hen, a really typey barred roo and of course Benny

. But have a Really RED roo coming for my barred hen but thats a New project

Yep... i get annoyed at the slowness, wonder if you set your browser to not load flash and images, then once it loads right click the ones you want to see, if that would speed it up?
