It has snowed here twice in the last 2 weeks. It is march. I should be sitting on a beach with a margarita not bundled up so I dont freeze to death! My chickens took one look at the snow and said no thanks and ran back into the coop!
i was fine until i had to replace my good laptop cuz i tried to give it a milk bath.... so had to buy an older model and it really fights me on byc....to answer pms i have to load a different browser...
yeah- facebook is ok, have made friends there and some art sales,but it isn't byc...so i hop back and forth and another site called thepoultrybid.com, they are just starting and have a nice setup for auctions and a forum...
meanwhile..the twins are growing...any ideas on gender? i have my suspicisions both cockerels? and what color would they be called?

Here's one of my silkied. Please excuse the feather condition as he's been in with other cockerels and they've done a job on each others feathers. He was hatched from straight feather birds but his grandfather is a silkied. He's 7 months old and his first time out for pics since he was about 7 weeks old and was a bit frightened, so he isn't standing tall or carrying his tail up as he usually does. His weight is 14.6 oz. He really needs one of those gorgeous girls of Junes.
