American serama thread!

I once saw Percilla fly up and over the top of my house and land on the other side. They can really fly.

Later on when you have breeding birds and food in the breeding half, they will definitely try it.
ok, I cut another piece of wire to go in that part to make it ground-to-ceiling too. the outside is already covered all the way up, but now the small part is too. I topped off the pen today and go tomorrow to officially become a Serama owner. I am getting a trio of Mille Fleur's that are about 5 1/2 months old. I can't wait. Thanks for all the advice. I appreciate it. Now just send me hatching vibes for my eggs.

They are still looking good.

Is there anyone on here from near East TN? Perhaps eventually, we can swap birds/eggs to infuse new bloodlines. And I am still looking for Frizzles, if anyone might have any.

Fingers crossed for your little eggies!

good luck on your search for frizzles. Luckily I live 3 hours from Laura and she has smooth, frixxle, silkie, and even booted seramas!

CUTENESS OVERLOAD rOBIN!

My second egg hasn't hatched yet... I left the chick that already hatched in the incubator with food and water... hopefully he can talk the other one out of that egg. I checked when I was watering again and the chick in the egg has pipped eternally and rockin' that egg around, I was beginning to give up on him but he is still kickin'. Hopefully he is out by the time I wake up tomorrow so I don't have to stress about it anymore.
