What is the dispositions of the Amicanas. What size and color do they lay. How many eggs on average do they lay. Thanks

Americana is not a breed.
It's the name used for Easter Eggers.
Ameraucana are a breed, but you often will be sold Easter Eggers, not true Ameraucanas.
Since Easter Eggers are such mixes, it's hard to say. They can lay all kinds of colour eggs.

Actually Ameraucanas are an actual breed in the US but you are right, most that are passed off as them are EEs.

Assuming OP is talking about EEs, they're definitely all over the place.

My friendliest bird is an EE, but so is the most skittish one. Both of mine lay blue. Mine are also my most reliable layers at the moment, good for about 6 eggs a week each, however some EEs can be sporadic layers.
