Our snow was like that for a while, now, like I said, it's all just ice. It's mostly a real thick crust on the soft stuff. Honestly, I'm looking forward to spring now.

Ya, I can relate. Spring thaw is my least favourite time of the year tho'. Too warm/wet/soggy for mushing and too cold for swimming.

Was friggin rained today.

I was walking around bare feet in the muck.

Now this evening,....everything is freezing.

It's actually dangerous to mush rightnow because of the ditches, creeks and river already with water over the snow/Ievels.

It's gona be raining all day tomorrow.

I was supposed to take the sleds and dogs to Lobstick( local sliding hill) and take kids for rides.
I guess I'm gona round up all there local Labrador Retrievers and borrow a canoe, hook the ganglines onto the canoe and use a small anchor.
Actually, I don't know why I found that so funny.

It's worth a $1000.00 if I show up.

More 'ironic' is more like it.

Mind you if I show up and I can't mush I'll accept the $1G for the effort.

I sadly won't be running them this week. It's that time of month( sorry for the TMI) and it's just wiping me out!
But! Both dogs finally understand Line out and work.

I agree about spring. It's so so wet outside but under the water puddles there is pure ice.

"TMI" no prob for me. I have a wife and 4 daughters.
