Thanks.

lol.
Nala's great! She now on puppy food and soft real meat. Her teats are large and her bellys soft and she's filling up her milk supply. Lol,
Me and my family had a argument over how much to price the pups. Me and my brorher(Nala's owner) agree $300 is a good price! Everyone else says free, because "No one wants a mutt" and "no one wants them without papers" BOTH are SOOOOOO wrong! I'd pay $1,500+ for one of Nala's designer mutts. SIBERIAN RETRIVERS! Soooooo cute!
She's about 51/2weeks along maybe more maybe less.
Story time
Some one came to my place 2 weeks ago. They wanted to take 2 very good looking working age Sibes and 2 very good looking strong, hardworking healthy but somewhat older Racers. They didn't wana take the dogs I didn't wana keep. They wanted the "good" ones for EVEN LESS than what I wanted for the other ones. Needless to say I didn't "visit" with them to much longer and they left with nothing.....because...well... Because I got upset with them I put the price up to the same price as the ones I wanted to keep and stuck to my guns. That was essentially telling them not to play me. So, next time I'll know to ask for a G&1/2 for the ones I wanna keep and 800 for the ones I don't, then settle for a wee wee bit less.
Keep in mind though the very same sled I want is $1735.00Cdn up here in Manitoba and you can get it for $700.00US down there in Wyoming or Nebraska.
I ain't into designer dogs per say but I did essentially design mine. Some people are interested in the "designer dogs". So then, let them pay.
Get as much as you possibly can. People in the cities can't truly honour a true working dog anyway. They just usually have "trials" for them at cute little weekend shows. They buy them cute outfits, and designer doghouses, top of the line commercial dogfood, the dog's own pool, chair, sleeping in a king size bed. My dogs sleep on top their "reclaimed wood products" constructed houses, right through a blizzard in -40*F and the only outfit they get to wear is their fur coat accessorized with a collar,,,, and a "pretty"harness for work.
If somebody has more brains than money then use it to your advantage. Besides, I've found that a $50.00 dog is most often not appreciated as much as one that cost $500.00. And a free one... even less. Look around you. A guy with a Jag XKR-S frets over his car way more than the guy with the Ford Focus, and both fret more than the guy with a rust bucket 79 Aries K or 97 fam van.
I ain't saying to abuse, but dont let people abuse you either. You want mushing gear right? You gotta feed your dogs right? Vet bills?, care?,.... It all costs money right? Well....there you go. If both parties are happy with the exchange, good.
Like I said though,... I ain't saying to abuse.
Oops. I just got back in the house. Bulldozer busted his collar and went after my old male goose. Now where was I?
Oh yeah. K....
I say start advertising rightnow. Ask for 7 and settle for 5.
It is not my intention to insult, anger or hurt, but to empower y'all with truth.
Now... The best way to "design" a "Labrador Husky" or "Siberian Retriever" is use a male husky for looks and a female Lab for attitude. Aesthetically pleasing, easy going, more personable K9's.
If y'all recall, the attitude comes from the female.
