Yes, bungee cord is very useful in so many apps for mushing, but definitely not for ganglines and/or mainlines, or even tugs and necklines.
As I said earlier it can be used with the tugs and necklines but inside them.
Hollow raid poly rope is probably best.
I have used parachute cord and it was strong yes and I've even used the old fashioned leather ones, but once I started using hollow core poly I will always do my best to always use it.
I have enough snow now to go mushing. I walked my training trail and the ice is frozen thick enough the dogs won't break through the creek and ditches.
PS.... Sorry I didn't log on earlier. I am extremely busy these days.
I will touch base with y'all from time to time though.

Have fun in the snow! I wish I would snow. It's so cold here! I hate when it's cold but there's no snow. At least with the snow the cold is justified lol

Yeah. My family is visiting my aunt 6 hours away and apparently there is supposed to be a blizzard this weekend at my house. So hopefully I will get to come back to snow.

I personally dislike blizzards. Where I live the road gets snowed in pretty bad.
Having young children and knowing they can into quite some situations is a stresser for me when I ain't able to get the vehicle out, like maybe to the hospital.. I get anxiety attacks during blizzards.
But I like the after effects,,,,,snow on the ground.:celebrate
