This is Dunkin'. I thought she was a hen but now I'm thinking maybe she's a Roo!!

Easter Egger pullet. Their combs get red at that age when they are getting ready to lay.

Depends on the pattern. Some are obvious at 3 weeks, others are still iffy at 12. Start a new thread with photos if you have one you're wondering about.
