Americauna Rooster?

One of my Americaunas is not like the others. The others are gold in color with very pale comb. The bird in question, although very pretty, is a deeper color and the comb seems a bit more red. I can't have roosters where I'm at so any help is appreciated.

How old? Looks like an Easter Egger pullet to me.

I'm feeling pretty strong with pullet, so that's good. Leaning toward EE but don't know for sure.

Correct me if I’m wrong but I thought that green Legs deferentiate EE from araucanas. It’s a pullet by the way.

I'd say pullet, her comb looks normal for a hen her age and I would think it would be getting some spurs in if it was a roo too, but I dont know. I can relate on the no roosters though, wished I lived out in the sticks sometimes Beautiful bird!

That is good news. She is very beautiful and we were hoping to keep her. I was also thinking she was a little more EE than Americauna- just a tad darker compared to the two in the last picture.

We ordered 5 as true Americaunas, but a little research shows we have classic EEs?

And the chicks just hit 8 weeks of age.

EE pullet for sure the males have a more splotchy pattern you can definitely tell when you got a male EE.
