Amphibians vs Retiles

My son has a leopard gecko (which is now loose in the house) and she has always been very laid back...loves mealworms, doesn't smell, easy to take care of. I have never had any of the others.

I have two poison dart frogs. They are extremely easy to care for just have to feed them fruit flies (flightless fruit flies that I culture myself). They live in a beautiful lush terrarium which is nice to look at. They are as blue as blue can be. They are active during the day and make no noise (at least no noise you can hear)
Here is a picutre of one

They are not poisonous in captivity you are right. It is something in their native diet.

Easy to care for. Need to keep humidity up so you have to spray/spritz and feed them that is pretty much it. A little cleaning of the glass on occasion. It is like an enclosed eco system. their poo serves as fertilizer for the plants. Very easy to care for. I live near and shop at blackjungle.com.

We have frogs outside. My daughter loves them. There are some really neat frogs to keep inside though. We like to go to the pet store and look. Hubby said no more little pets and I really don't have the desire after I got chickens. They cured me!!!!
