Amprol dosage for 3 week olds

Hi, I have some three week old chics, standards & bantams. I have some Amprol 128 powder,would the dosage be 1 teaspoon to a gallon? I know that's the dosage for adults,is it the same for chics? There are no feed stores around here that have medicated feed. I just want to be prepared & just in case.

Yes that would be the correct dosage and give it to them for 10 days.

The dose is actually 1.5 teaspoons per gallon, not 1.
Treating Coccidiosis with Corid, Amprol, AmproMed - The Correct Amprolium Dose

Treatment	20% Powder	9.6% Liquid
For 3-5 days	1.5 teaspoons per gallon	2 teaspoons per gallon
then for 7-14 days	1/3 teaspoon per gallon	1/2 teaspoon per gallon
