Sorry about your loss of your pullet. Do you still have the body where you could keep it cold and send it to the state poultry vet for a necropsy to see what caused her death? Could she have aspirated when you were feeding her?

We don't have a way to facilitate a necropsy. Knowing this, I buried her earlier.
There is a very real chance that she did aspirate. I was feeding her at the time, and she was so weak that she couldn't even really "chew". Couldn't do that thing chickens do that kinda looks like chewing. It may seem kinda cruel, but if she did aspirate then she didn't have a chance, and alreast she didn't lay there for hours waiting to die.
