Hi!
I had a very frustrating week last week dealing with a young hen I couldn't tell had Marek's or Coccidiosis. I was worried about the whole flock.
We ended up culling the poor little thing, but then I was worried about everyone else.
I am happy to report that all are doing extremely well. We let them out of the chicken tractor yesterday to really free-range and all were sooooo happy.
Poops are looking perfect (I've been treating for cocci). All are happy.
And, I am no longer worried.
I now thinking my poor little hen may have sustained internal injuries during the transfer from the brooder to the chicken tractor.
Thank you for listening.
I so appreciate this site and your support.
Blessings,
Annie
