I started my duck flock with an order of 20 Ancona from cackle a couple years ago. Now I'm breeding my own. The ducklings are super adorable, and the adults have been good for garden pest patrol and general cuteness. Congrats on a great surprise, Anconas are excellent.

I think I am going to die from cuteness overload!!!

I am really thinking my drakes have not matured enough to fertilize eggies for me yet. Sable keeps pushing the eggs out of the nest and is not at all appearing to be broody. We are up to 4 eggs right now. Hoping soon we will have some that are fertilized so I can have this kind of cuteness!
