Ok so the first one was a golden comet "pullet." So i bought her, thinking "Hey! It looks like a girl! And so i'll take it!" But its face is redder than "her" australorp siblings, feet and legs are thicker, and the feathers came in a LOT slower than the Australorps.

I also have one of the Australorp pullets, just checking in. Pretty sure its a girl, small comb, quicker feathering, rounded feathers. Its the red face thats getting to me.

The Golden comet looks like a pullet to me.

Pullet. Golden comets are sex-linked - the boys look completely different at hatch.
