Just a little silkie sketch

I’ve gotten my sketchbook back out recently and done a few quick chicken sketches, nothing fancy, just trying to get better with proportions and trying out some gesture drawing type stuff. I love drawing but can get hung up on small details so I’m trying out a looser style

I just looked up stock images of silkies to find a reference for this one
