At least now I know how its getting in, and based on the tracks what it is: a skunk! My poor little girl was caught in the side of the door, it couldn't pull her all the way out. So it just ate the part it could get out. I have one big girl left. Today we put new doors on the coop. We thought we had it fixed, it had been several weeks since the last attack. My poor girl. I can't get the image out of my head!
