Angel Wing in duck?

Ever since my female Black Runner started growing in her primary flight feathers, she's always held them awkwardly. I figured that she was just going through a weird phase but now her feathers are fully grown in and she still holds them out and doesn't tuck them. I did some research online and I've seen some of the worse scenarios. The thing is, her doesn't stick out to the sides, just straight out like she's got little radar antennas. Could she have Angel Wing? Is she just being my strange little duck with no problem? Or could it be something else that's going on?

She's two and a half months old right now, and I hatched her from an egg in a incubator.

Thanks!

I thought one of my chickens once had angel wing .but it turned out to be twisted feather instead. Twisted feather is just basically... that's when the feather becomes twisted and it sticks out at weird angle . so I don't know .maybe ask over at the duck thread.
