That is dif angel wing and most likely the flight feathers are in fully by now. so next big molt will be next year after breeding season is over. unless you want to try wrapping now I guess it would be worth as try but it isn't life threatening or harmful to the gosling at all. just cosmetic, they can catch their wings on fencing and other sharp things so you might want to clip the flight feathers on that wing to keep that from happening.
cut the protein in the feed to 14-15%... I have only had it appear in different breeds even! when I didn't cut the feed... and even had it appear in a 1 yr old adult that didn't have it before , when I changed to a 22% layer ...! Wild geese when fed heavy protein diets have shown up with it..... I am more and more convinced it is a feed issue...
