Angel Wing?

We attempted to wrap her last night and it was a huge fail - am I supposed to use sticky wrap? We used gauze and then tried to put medical tape around once over the gauze. She was super off balance at first, then managed to get her wings out. We have stopped feeding her the chick crumble (17%) and gave them both a nice green salad this morning (iceburg lettuce, spinach, corn, and oats) and hopefully with the removal of the high protein she will fix herself.... after the wrap was on for a little while and we held her, the wings started to already look better.. We now have had them going on 3 weeks, they are still terrified of us so it's hard to get ahold of her or really go near them at all without them running away. They were getting better, but I fear that now it will only get worse as we try to help her wings..

It won't fix itself you need to use vet wrap then use medical tape over that and slip a sock with toe cut out Let me get @CayugaJana here she did her duckling that had angel wing. Pics mean a lot. I always need a visual and listen they will forgive you after it's all over and it usually only takes about 3 days to fix it. Don't stop feeding them crumble they need the nutrients from their feed. They can't live just on veggies.

She won't fix herself. They need a balanced diet. 17% is not high protein.
I would try a sock wrap. I posted the links about 2 or 3 posts up ftom your original post in here.
If the sock wrap doesn't work then vet wrap. Or vet wrap with sock over it. You just have to keep at it.

I think you meant "can't" - can't just live on veggies.
