Im making a homemade incubator an was wondering if someone could tell me the angle that their egg turner turns the eggs to. Thanks

i bought one from a thrift store and asked a few people. finally figured it was working right and on a clock with hands it turned to 2:00 . not as much as i would of thought.

Well my thoughts were to put a brick or two under one end of the incubator instead of paying $40 for a turner an i was wondering what angle the egg turners used.

Hi,

I believe factory/industrial incubators tilt the eggs around 40º either side, from horizontal (0º).

Cheers

PS: If you're tilting the whole incubator, what happens to you water tray(s)?... Just curious...
