Havent fosterred in MO, but generally involves an extensive interview and examination of your home. Also training. That is to become certified as a foster parent. I dont know what they will advise you as to wanting to be considered as a home for these kids. But seems to me that being already certified could only helo.
Usually a relative is first choice when kuds come into state care, then whatever fosterhome they have available. Kids can be in fiatercare for a long time before parental rights are terminated, meaning the kids could be adopted.
It depends on why they were removed from the home.

whats wrong if possible, to get the family back togethet. Heads up, foster parents,IMO., have to be in touch with the birth parents for visits etc. The states first goal is reunificatio,. Again, depends on what brings kids into state custody. ( when kids are taken from parents they become wards of the state. The state has ",custody", )
