So I have a guy coming to check tomorrow.. I told him I wanted to be anonymous so he is not going to come to my house. He is going to go over there and knock on the door and ask to chck out the chickens and then come here to act like he is checking on mine too to keep from retaliation.

If this ends up in court the enforcement officer will be required to give the name of the person who filed the complaint. If they do not provide it the judge must throw it out.

I sympathise with you as I have seen this happen all to often. Be careful revenge is sweet.

Ya know your worried about the chickens a Extra large dog crate If Plastic and it gets hot will throw off a gas bensine I hope i spelled that right also cruel as well and with no water no food you might get help faster using the poor sweet doggy then the chickens . this really sucks . I am sorry any animal has to go threw this . Its just evil.

I am not worried about thewhole revenge thing, the woman is scared of me and will not face me personally. The man hates animals and doesnt want them in the first place he tries everything he can to stay as far away from all situations as possible.

Tammy- the dog is inside locked in the kennel all day goes out to potty twice. But using him as you said may yield results faster.. I am anxiously awaiting the AG guy ..

I just let out a serious sigh of relief reading this! I'm so flipping glad the guy is coming to check it out! Let us know how it goes! I'm so glad that you got in touch with someone, hopefully this can be over with soon. Hopefully, they'll take the dog too.

Yay! So glad to hear you called and they are coming out. If you're not worried about retaliation, great. But I would make my own place Fort Knox (it should be to protect your birds anyway) and possibly set up a game cam to keep an eye on the side of the property that borders theirs.

Well the dept guy did not like the conditions and is filing a complaintt about it. He said I dont have to have anything to do with it, it will be filied as anonymous, of course like was stated unless court gets involved but he told her he had to inspect me also. He gave her a week to correct conditions and he will come and recheck and if these things are not met the animals are going to be going . She did text me and say she thinks she knows who "did this to us" so she has no clue. She wants to team up and get my help now. I told her I didnt want to make anything worse if she knows who did it I didnt want to be involved and she would have to take that up with them. I dont want anything to do with her. I feel that if she really wants to do good by the chickens she can do research like I have when I have problems.. I tried and they are the type of people who will put a bandaid on it to make officials go away(yes we have been thru so many other instances) and then it is back to the way it was. The officer(?) from AG dept advised me to not interact with her so I am taking his advice. I feel better, I feel like someone is going to finally help and I am not on my own.

I sure hope so.. It really feels like a load of weight off my shoulder. Last night the door was left unlatched on their run , they do not have a door on the inside coop area its all open. So the birds got out and were out all night long and noone knew, I only knew because I get up early and looked out the window this morning to see a turkey in my back yard, I almost spit my coffee all over. It is more than exciting to know I have help.
