Suma dashed out of the cave and into the forest. She saw a young male elk and she was ready to catch him. She crowched down with her lips curled back and her teeth showing. She jumped at the young elk, but tripped on something. Suma fell right to the ground and the elk ran. Suma turned around to see what it was and it was a Cougar! A hurt one at that!

Asa walked off with Koda, they were headed to try to get a couple fat rabbits for everyone to eat....

His leg was broken, and he could not move at all. Roy said,
"My name is Roy, I tripped on a rock and another rock landed on my leg. Could you help me?"
Suma answered,
"Yea! I will help you."
She picked him up and carried him back to the cave.

After licking her wounds for a while Leo decided that she would go on a walk. She limped out of the cave and into the fresh air. Leo limped around until she was tiered and needed a drink. She limped into the forest to find some water.

She (Leo) soon found a pond. Leo took a drink then went back to the cave. Leo limped into the cave, and saw Roy and Suma together. Who is this cougar, Suma? Asked Leo.

Just our luck," koda said to Asa "turkey!" The two moved into the clearing each targeting a big fat tom turkey.... they waited....... then both rushed in, Koda grabbed his just before it tried to fly off and qiuckly killed it, but poor Asa was fighting hard to drag his turkey back down to earth. Koda walked over and yanked the bird down. "Thanks." Asa mumbled embarrassed.

They each picked up, well koda picked his up, Asa drug his, and headed back to the den and Tama.
