Glyph snorted to himself. As much as he wanted to add mares to his herd, he had to find his herd first. He spread his wings and leaped skyward. The stallion didn't have time for this. He wanted to find Nightmare, Jewel and his foals.

Oath took off after him, and was in the air after three strokes of her mighty wings. She looked below, and caught sight of another Pegasus. She thrust her head in a nodding motion, signaling the other equine to fly with Glyph and herself.

Glyph scanned the ground in search of his herd. When he spotted a black unicorn amid three foals and a Pegasus, he spiraled downward, landing a few yards from them.

Nightmare looked to him when he whinnied a greeting. Starstruck and Stardust headed to greet their sire.

Oath glided down behind him, trotting as she hit the ground.

Oh, great. What am I supposed to do in a herd of flying horses? Nightmare looked from Glyph, to Jewel, to Luna, to Oath, to Star and lastly, back to Glyph. She still resented what he'd done to her.

Stardust and Starstruck retreated to their dam at the appearance of their sire and his strange company.

Glyph settled his wings and tossed his head, whinnying to his herd.
