Animals are everywhere!!!!

I am actual animal lover (will voice my opinion) and most have been rescues. my "ferals" are barn cats that i TNR (trap, neuter, release) so the kitty population is controlled as is the rodent population. cannot stand to see farms with uncontrolled cat/dog populations.

What I have at this time, will change every month with me.

100+ peafowl

90 chickens, white rock and RIR

20 guineas

26 pigeon, homers and trumpters

2 Grey parrots

1 yellow double head amazon parrot

6 cockatiels , 3 breeding pairs

10 white bobwhites

50 Jumbo brown quail

100+ ringneck pheasants

10 turkeys , 5 bronze, 5 royal palms

25 gamehens, for uses as broodys.

Now you can see why my nickname is birdman.

edit to add my white guard GOOSE

I have 3 chi. dogs, 2 beagles, 1 pointer. One beautiful calico cat. Two red ear slider turtles. One registered Quarter horse mare, complete with half arab baby 3 mos. old. Two grade pleasure mares. One I bought with my christmas money off of Craigslist. She was starving. She is really looking a lot better. she is a line back dun. I named her June Bug. I have 11 heavy breed laying hens, 10 banty hens ( to keep my grandkids in baby eggs for breakfast ). 3 roos. I have 2 black jersey giant chicks 1pullet, 1roo. ( thanks tbooer ) My rir hen hatched out 9 chicks. They are in the brooder in the house due to the cold. I can't keep my hands off of them. How do you get lipstick off the fuzzballs? Thanks for asking, Micah

Only got 3 chicks. My plan is:

12 chickens
3 goats
A few ducks
And countless quail

3 cats
3 dogs
3 rabbits
5 goats
2 turkeys
I'm not sure how many chickens...40 maybe?

150 more birds coming on the 15 of april...all surprises from cackle

Planning on getting:
a feeder pig or two
donkey
calf
hair sheep

I believe we'll be done then.

We only have 2 dogs (a pointer and a blue tic coonhound), and two cats ( a tabby and a Main Coon). I'm still working the hubby for chickens. But I'll tell you what my hubby must be thanking his lucky stars that we don't have enough property to have livestock. I would definately raise beef for the freezer. Then there would be the things I want like a horse and a donkey. We can't have pigs here or that would be on the dinner list as well. I'm still thinking of throwing a couple of turkeys in with the chickens if I ever get them.
