Good foreground/background contrast, I like how you blurred the leaves behind him to look like a camera out of focus. Woodpeckers are so pretty. :3 The one we had around our house looked quite plumpish last I saw of him.

Good job, girlio. I mean that.
Good foreground/background contrast with the muzzle and all. Eyes look good, teeth are correct, everything. Overall visually pleasing.
Youse needs to get a sketchbook, though.
