Anime and chickens!? Does it mix!?

I did aswell mainly because I thought it was bad and didn't wantto get introuble watching it. Now I have gotten my mother in to Anime! She fully supports me watcing the stuff.

Hi everyone! I am new to the site but love raising chickens. As far as Anime go, I agree with Achickenloverproduction in regards to Anime being more complex than cartoons. I really enjoyed Spice and Wolf, Blood, Claymore, Noein, Hell Girl, Death Note. Way too many more, I spend too much time watching some series.

Have you seen the episode of Samarai Jack where he is turned into a chicken and is forced to fight in a pit against a bunch of huge crazy robots?

It is not the whole episode, so you don't get to see his confusion when his body turns into a chicken, but you get the idea.







I love anime; Cowboy Bebop is probably my favorite. Note my screen name, spacecowgirl.

I got into it when I was 7. Way back when Scyfy played anime on Saturday mornings. (I feel so old now) The first one I remember seeing was Vampire Hunter D and after that the only ones I can remember is Outlaw Star and Dragon Ball Z. (I sorta remember watching whatever anime came on Toonami, so again, I feel old) I don't watch it much these days since the stupid stuff started coming through, but some of my all time faves are Wolf's Rain, Cowboy Bebop, Hellsing, Hellsing OVA, and a few others I can't think of right now because I'm sick.

I got into manga for a bit, but I can't remember many of those right now. I do LARP, but it's only (and only ever will be) anything from White Wolf. Oh, and I'm going to MTAC in a few months.

Now, I'm gonna go crawl back under my rock and cough up a lung.

Thanks for the chi. I will share it with my dd. I think the first anime we watched was azu manga diaoh. I have ordered dozens from the library.Air,robin,diseaga,hell girl,and ghost story to name a few. The last by the way is not for the young even though it is school kids.It is rather crude with sexual content. I gotta wonder about the translators on that one.
