Yeah its me again. Day 15 and threw out 3 more eggs, for a total of 5 eggs thrown out. I cracked them open too and just yolk, no embryo development at all :0(

What exactly should I be seeing at day 15? Even in hard to candle eggs (araucana eggs) you'd think you'd see SOMETHING. There were only 2 eggs where I could see dark shadow or something. No movement but something. With only 6 days to hatch date, you'd think I'd see something more assuring if something was going on right?

All you see is a big dark blob in the bottom. Welcome to hatching trauma. It's some kind of torture we put ourselves though for some strange reason. Oh yeah, we love the fluffy butts.

Day 7 you should have seen veins and the eye ...day 14 a black mass with movement and legs...day 18 the chick should be taking up almost all the egg and have some movement you can detect.....
