Another EE Pullet/Roo Question (Pic Heavy)

I have two EE that are just shy of 8 weeks. I think they are pullets but I just want to make sure. Let me know what you think. Also what color would you call the second one, Hunkamunka (that's her name)?

Pretty pullet EE's, I would say patridge-ish color with a hint of blue

Oh, that sounds fancy Chicken Extreme. She looked like a chipmunk at two days old. The white one looked like a stereotypical yellow chick at that age. Didn't realize she would be white. Thought she would be yellow.
