And loved frontier house it was totally awesome!

My eggs will be shipped tomorrow. Good thing too since the loose chickens I've been rounding up have been claimed by the crazy lady 4 blocks over.

You do the same thing I do with sponges. I just did it a little differently with placing 100% cotton behind it and placed the other end into a plastic bottle filled with water so it will wick it to the sponges and I dont have to open the lid.

It wasn't gooey.. It was a pictur that was actually *painted* on the glass...

You'd be surprised what you can use vinegar for!!! Fabric softner in laundry, dishwasher rinse, mopping, there are so many things. I make my own laundry soap and dishwashing soap. laundry cost me like 3.00 for 10 gallons, alot less on dishwashing.

You need to send me those recipes!!!!

You can find the recipes at www.frugalshopper.com I love it! I cut dryer sheets in half so I buy an 80 count and end up with 160. I also make my own body soap with essential oils...lemongrass is my fav this time of the year to repel bugs. I dilute fabric softner with 1/2 water. I grate soap, mix with hot water, washing soda, borax and add essential oils for scent and that's my detergent and dishwasher detergent. Works well for those stinky cloth diapers, gets stains out of clothes etc. I put it in a ice cream bucket.

Yeah... an old friend of our came over today and I was showing it to him.. He just moved back from Cali and he had chickens there.. Told him that I didn't have an incubator.. It's a ghetto-bator.. He laughed.. I changed the ghetto-turner.. I was actually sent 14 eggs instead of just 12 so I had to cut another egg carton in half and attach the half to the other one so it could hold 18.. I know, I could have just went and gotten an 18 egg carton but, why make it that simple? If this is gonna look ghetto, then dangit, I need to do it right!

I just made the holes where the cable tie is through the styrofoam a little bigger and put a syring filled with water into the holes and get the sponge wet.. I had to cover the outside of the holes though because I noticed I couldn't KEEP the humidity up...
