Yes, they are cockerels. If you decide not to make them into enchiladas, you could re-home or even sell them.

Pretty birds, but I have to agree with others. Are you allowed to keep a rooster? Not all of them are mean, mine is a big baby. Hope you find tasty recipes and good homes in the future. What state do you live in? You should have a state thread. Maybe @casportpony can put a link on here. I'm sure someone would love to have a beautiful rooster like yours.
