Another newbie asks what are they?

Does Rodeo's comb look like this...?

If a buttercup comb he has, then a Buttercup he is.

Rodeo's body is a lot darker, but he looks a lot like my 17-week-old Buttercup. Oddball is smaller than our Buff Orp pullets of the same age. Here's another pic from today...

Edited to fix second image.

No, he has a single comb. And he is definitely a roo. This afternoon I heard him crow for the first time. He'll have the hang of it in no time, I'm sure. At least neither of the other two answered him.

I'll try to get some better pics of him, but he's not too interested in posing for the camera.

buttercups don't have that tuft of feathers behind the comb though.

most polish crosses will have that tassel and if its cross to a straight comb bird the comb will resemble that of a buttercup.

here's a toppie game. this one is a "grey" (silver duckwing) rather than a red, but look at the head. its not my bird, just found the pic in my reference collection.

Rodeo looks like a game cross, probably oegb. The hen with the white in the tail is a red sexlink, and the one with the black is a production red.

i think the one with the white tail is a brown sexlink. i have 24 ISA brown sexlinks and they look like your hen.
