Hi there--
1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I am a teacher who just got 2 RIRs at school! We have a coop that my students built and I have a few questions about it that I will post in the coop section.

(2) How many chickens do you have right now? just 2

(3) What breeds do you have? rhode island red

(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com? a friend

I have enjoyed milling around the forum so far and will move on to post my questions now. Thanks for being so welcoming!

I have had chickens all my life (40),but just recently in the last year got serious with it as a hobby and learning about all the new breeds out there and still learning..LOL.

I have 39 chickens

Ameraucaunas,partridge cochins,mille fleurs D'Uccles, Salmon Faverolles, and Light Brahmas..
