From a clutch of eggs from the same hen, it is possible to have half brothers and sisters (same hen, different roo) if the Hen has access to more than one Roo.

However, a single egg can only have one father. Half of the DNA is from the hen, and once the egg recieves a sperm it has the other half and it is complete. There is no more room for other DNA/chromosomes.
