Yeah sounds like she is trying to find someone to sue to pay her restitiution when done with court....sounds like she would do something like set this up.

She stole a coworkers credit card?

I bet the mall will fire her when they find out they have a person working for them with theft charges. I would not want her working at my business with stealing charges etc.

She def. would not allowed to be left alone at work from now on if she has to stay.

I saw that on HLN last night.Her fault. Only issue I see is maybe posting it to YouTUBE. Embarassing,but is it against the law to post it?
Wasting money on the lawyer.

If it were me I would be walking darn fast out of the mall to go home and change.Sad in a way that no one end looked at her and asked ,"Are you OK?" She could have knocked herself out or broke a bone,but she didn't.She hopped right out of the fountain.Still I think her ego would have been less bruised if someone just gave her a moment of concern.

And ya don't walk and txt lady!

She's dropping the charges after they did her back ground check, all she wants is an apology. The security guard who released the tape was fired. The attorney for the "fountain-fraud lady" says he doesn't think it was a staged accident
