Another sick hen..same symptoms

It's a good easy way for me to get some antibiotic into her if I mix it with her mash.
No, if you decide to give her the enrofloxacin you need to give that orally or not at all. It is very bitter and most birds will not eat or drink anything that has enrofloxacin in it.
just continue with the Miconazole?
As I said before, I don't think it will harm her.

Thanks everyone. She ate some of her feed as a wet mash tonight, and her crop has gone down. I'm turning out the light, and letting her get her sleep tonight. Hopefully she will pass more stool throughout the night.
:fl

One last question...I gave her a 4x4 to roost on for the night, but wondered if it would be better for her to just sit down in the floor of the crate instead. Does it matter in cases like this where there are crop issues? I ask, when they roost their crop is hanging more in front of them. I’m probably over thinking this.

I think I would keep her in the crate, it's probably warmer in there.

Oh no, you misunderstood. She is in the crate. I just added a piece of 4x4 for her to roost on in the crate. Thought she might like that instead of the crate floor.
My bad. Is she interested in it? When mine are sick they don't usually want to roost.
