Another WHAT ARE THEY?

I thought she was a Buff Orpington when I got her, but she has gotten noticeably darker with age, so what breed is she?

This one, I'm thinking is an Easter Egger, but just want to make sure:

# 1 I would say Buff Orp crossed with a Production red, RIR, or NHR.
#2 is an EE.

The first is a Buff Orpington cross. (white legs) Couldn't tell you if it is with Production Red or New Hampshire though.

Second is an Easter Egger.

Believe me, I wanted to but I didn't have the heart. I know I should have, but how do you do something like that when the person seems to be a little on the 'slow' side? Never mind the fact that she was a complete stranger...
