Answer the question....

A 2 1/2 month old anything in large fowl should be disqualified no matter where it came from. Here's why: an identifying breed characteristic of any breed is it's weight. A bird more than 20% over or under the standard weight should be disqualified. A 2 1/2 month old bird would be more than 20% under weight.
That said, many county fairs do not hire licensed judges. Your fair may not & it's possible they'd have a judge who wasn't aware of the weight requirement.

2 1/2 months old? In a class of 1 it would place 2nd....And a hatchery bird, none the less...Leave the little girl at home and let her grow and lay eggs.

Here she is, if that helps at all. These are the most recent pics of her but they are a week old:

And she will be three months old when the fair starts. I was told that she was old enough so I entered her and theres nothin I can do about it now... I'll do my best

hatchery birds are 3$ each for a reason, and shes too young.
if you want to show do it the right way, research a breed, join the official breed club of that breed, talk to the most reputable breeders, and be willing to spend good money on brood stock

or just waste your money on entry fees for your hatchery birds
