I wouldn't say it's a hot topic necessarily. Every now and then it's brought up, becomes an echo chamber of people agreeing for a few pages, and then dies down for another few years. And meanwhile, the naked neck breed threads keep on going. Despite the dislike of the birds, they seem to have enough of a following that they really aren't hard to acquire, at least not in the U.S., and those who breed them seem to love them.
And yep, I like 'em, even just as an admirer and not an owner. But I also appreciate the utility of negative threads about specific breeds, so I'm not here to argue or change minds.
